How long does my order take to ship?
We always give a 3-7 business day window, but thrive to move as quick as possible. Of course, other factors such as demand/supply, high amounts of incoming orders, and other uncontrollable delays related to the actual drivers, shipment companies, and weather issues, MAY slow down the timing you receive your orders. We will continue to communicate and update if any delays may occur to our knowledge. Also, PLEASE let us know via email or contact form, if there’s any issues and we will do our best to assist or direct you to whom has a resolution based on the specific issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do ship outside of the US. There may be a small fee for certain countries to match the shipping cost market, but we thrive to reach as many countries as possible. Try entering your address in the delivery section in the cart, and it will calculate whether the location is deliverable. We hope to continue furthering our reach out to you all.
What is your return policy?
We accept return on all items, unless on sale or clearance. Returns are accepted no later than 30 Days after original purchase as long as the merchandise is in same condition as sent.
